Spain: Ancient and Modern Engineering - January 2019

First-year students on this seminar will be inspired by ancient engineering of historic (Roman) sites while also learning about modern Spain’s cutting edge projects and industries. In addition to visits to companies and universities, experience some of Spain’s famous cuisine and culture, while learning or practicing Spanish.

Seminar description:

First-year students on this seminar will take an incredible opportunity with a faculty member and other students. They will make friends, see the world, gain new experiences, and earn credit.

Students will be inspired by ancient engineering of historic (Roman) sites while also learning about modern Spain’s cutting edge projects and industries. In addition to visits to companies and universities, experience some of Spain’s famous cuisine and culture, while learning or practicing Spanish.
