The Honeywell visit was a stark contrast to our other escapades in the past two weeks. The landscape was completely different, with huge buildings and lots of people replacing the vast empty lands and various little animals we were used to.

We were led to a conference room, where we had a beautiful conversation with one
Mr Vijay, who spoke more about the city than Honeywell. Interesting questions were matched with interesting answers and his discourse on how Bangalore was and how Bengaluru is now was a welcome conversation.
Various Honeywell employees spoke at length about various projects they were involved in, from corporate social responsibility, to design studios to how they reorganized their workspace, and managed E-waste. I couldn't help feeling that these alternative projects were possible simply because the company had enough money to spare thanks to good business, but I still appreciated the initiatives they took.
From start to end, we were escorted around the campus by a security detail, one of whom had an impeccably maintained moustache and agreed to take a picture with me just as the day ended.
