Today the group was up early to tour Petra, one of the wonders of the world!
We spent about 5 hours at Petra which included walking to the treasury and beyond. The weather was hot, but not humid so it was nothing we couldn't handle. We also had lunch at a restaurant before heading back. Below are just a few of the pictures from our visit.
After exiting the gates of Petra, we stopped for some Swiss ice cream before making our 3 hour bus ride to Amman where we have checked into our hotel for the next three nights.
