And right away we got a quick tour of town and learned how to use the metro system. Later in the afternoon we were turned loose to explore the city (which is gorgeous...I have pictures). Today we had a free day, so some of us took a train over to Sweden to explore while others stayed in Copenhagen. The ones that stayed in Copenhagen went to the National museum to learn about Vikings, then we went to see the crown jewels, the botanical gardens and took a canal tour. We are all exhausted from walking all around town to see all the amazing sights and we are going to call it an early night so that we are ready to go see windmills tomorrow!
